Max & Erma’s supports organizations that benefit children and education in the communities that we do business. Max & Erma’s donations are not intended to be used by individuals or groups collecting personal or corporate profit.

Max & Erma’s promo cards can be used as door prizes, auction items, & gifts at your organization’s event. Max & Erma’s promo cards are available in denominations of $5, $10 & $25.

If you would like to request promotional cards for your event, please submit a donation request. Please click here for the Donation Request. To be considered, all requests must allow a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Information provided on this form will be used to help us evaluate your organization’s request and communicate our donation procedures.

Due to the volume of requests Max & Erma’s receives, we are unable to respond to every request. A Max & Erma’s representative will contact you within 2 weeks if we are able to fulfill your request.
