
Terms & Conditions
- Membership in our Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM program is open to all residents of the U.S. who are 13 years of age or older.
- To enroll, you must provide your personal information as requested in the application.
- The Good Neighbor RewardsSM card must be present with member at time of purchase to receive member rewards.
- Max & Erma's may cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM program at any time without prior notice in its sole discretion.
- In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including the termination of Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM Program participation.
- By entering your mailing address and/or email address on the registration form, you agree to receive marketing information from Max & Erma's. You may request to be removed from our mailing list by visiting www.maxandermas.com and log into your Good Neighbor RewardsSM account.
- Your enrollment information is confidential and will be used exclusively by Max & Erma's Restaurants, Inc. to present rewards to you. Good Neighbor RewardsSM member information will not be sold or rented to any other company or 3rd party not affiliated with Max & Erma's. We reserve the right to share this information with 3rd party companies for special co-promotions in conjunction with Max & Erma's Restaurants, Inc.
- Employees of Max & Erma's Restaurants, Inc. are ineligible.
- In the event your card is lost or stolen, we are only able to carry over visits and/or rewards from your account if your card has been registered.
- Rewards will not be earned on alcohol purchases. Rewards will not be earned on sales tax, reward redemption’s, gratuity, prior purchases, online store purchases or gift cards.
- Participants are responsible for updating account information at www.maxandermas.com or by requesting a registration form in any participating Max & Erma's Restaurant.
- Max & Erma's is not responsible for correspondence of rewards which are lost, delayed or misdirected in email, mail or otherwise during transit.
- Participation in the Good Neighbor RewardsSM Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides.
- Only the Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM cardholder that pays the check may earn rewards.
- Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM have no cash value.
- Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM are not transferable to another member's account. Corporate accounts are not eligible for the Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM Program; only individuals are eligible.
- If you do not use your Max & Erma's Good Neighbor RewardsSM Card for more than two years, your account will be closed and any accumulated rewards will expire.
- Rewards are available every day of the week. Visits are tracked every day of the week. The reward tier you have qualified for on December 31st of the current year is the tier you will earn for the following calendar year. You may move up to the next tier during the year assuming you dine at a participating Max & Erma's location the minimum number of visits as outlined in the Program Guidelines.
- End of the year is defined as calendar year, beginning January 1st and ending December 31st.
- Participation in Good Neighbor RewardsSM program varies by Max & Erma's location.
- Automatic rewards must be redeemed on the same day they are earned. Promotional rewards must be redeemed on next dining visit.
